PATH ONE: "Day of the Bombing"

In this section students will learn about first hand experiences from survivors. The lesson includes a brief explanation on the scientific side of the bomb by Professor Karen Harpp of Geology and Peace and Conflict Studies at Colgate Univeristy.
PATH TWO: "Bringing it Home"

This path can be used independently from the first but can also be used as a follow-up lesson. It looks more at the "what if" and allows students to answer the questions themselves through the simulator NUKEMAP.
